We will require a holding deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent) to allow us to conduct the relevant application checks.
Our application checks include: Right to Rent, Employment, Previous Landlord, Credit and Guarantor Checks (if applicable).
To move in, you are required to pay the first month’s rent (your holding deposit can be offset against this) and a security deposit, usually the equivalent of 5 week’s advertised rent.
Payment will be taken upon signing the tenancy agreement, and at this point we will hand over the keys.

Lost Keys/Replacement Keys/Security Devices
Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inclusive of VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).
Please note: If you apply for a property and pull out ahead of your sign up, or if you are found to have falsified the details on your application, your advanced holding deposit will be held.
