Property developer set to put fully refurbished Cottingham apartments on market which are 'ideal for young professionals'
A residential property developer has completed a ‘modern and high-quality’ refurbishment of a block of eight apartments in Cottingham which are soon to be on the market.
They are part of a portfolio of properties across the East Riding which have been purchased and are being upgraded by the locally-based developer.
The King’s Parade building has been fully redecorated and refurbished with modern new kitchens and bathrooms in all apartments, making them ready to move into immediately.
Gro Residential Management have been instructed to market the apartments, in King Street, for which rents range between £650 a month for one-bedroom studios and apartments and £725 a month for two-bedroom apartments.
Helen Everritt, Manager of Gro Residential, said: “We are delighted to have been instructed to bring what is a very high quality, modern new residential development onto the market.
“This property developer is somebody we already work with and who we know has experience of purchasing and upgrading residential properties in the local area, so we knew this development would be of the highest quality.
“There is a great deal of demand for good quality residential accommodation at present across Hull and the towns and villages on the outskirts of the city, and these particular properties would be well suited to young professionals.
“The location within the village is excellent, close to the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants, and also within easy walking distance of the rail station, so we expect there to be high demand for these apartments.
“Viewing is certainly recommended to fully appreciate the quality of the refurbishment, and the advantages of their location.”
