Rebrand can help residential lettings management business 'Gro' its own future as part of newly formed Garness Group

Today marks the start of a new era for our business having rebranded and relaunched as Gro Residential Management, operating under the newly formed Garness Group of companies.

The move is part of a restructure to create three businesses dedicated to serving specialist sectors of the property market.

Gro Residential Management, which will continue to be managed and run by the same team as Gro Residential Management has evolved in recent years to place a clear focus on supporting those with portfolios of residential properties to let.

It provides support from offering day-to-day management and marketing of properties to long-term investment planning and port-folio development.

Helen Everritt, property manager at Gro Residential Management, said: “This is a big day for all of us who are part of Garness Group and especially for our team at Gro Residential Management as we start a new era under a new branding which we feel better reflects our business.

“We have made a significant investment into improving the systems we use which are coinciding with this rebrand and relaunch, and these changes, as ever, have been designed and introduced to ensure we provide a better service to the landlords and tenants we serve.

“When this aspect of the business was initially formed some years ago, retaining the name Garness was important given its credibility in the local area for its success in commercial property sector for more than two decades.

“This move shows that, as a business in its own right, Gro Residential Management is now ready to build on the solid foundations established in recent years and grow in its own right, run by an experienced and dedicated team of its own.

“We do this whilst of course benefitting from being part of the Garness Group and all the experience and knowledge that is has to offer.”

Launch of dedicated businesses comes as Group heads to new home

Garness Group managing director David Garness says it is a significant and proud moment for the business.

The launch of new business brands coincides with the group moving to new premises in Riverside House, Nelson Street, close to Hull Marina and overlooking the River Humber and out towards The Deep.

“It has been a big couple of weeks for our business, firstly with the formation of Garness Group, the move to new offices and now the launch of two new brands to sit alongside our 25-year established commercial property business Gro Residential,” he said.

“We have made significant investments into the operational aspects of Gro Residential Management and our specialist block management business, which was branded and launched as Pure Block Management last week.

“Sitting alongside Gro Residential, I am proud to have three specialist, dedicated and talented teams providing services to commercial and residential landlords, tenants and investors across the region.

“It is important to stress that, through all of the recent changes, our directors and teams have remained in place, so our clients can be assured that the excellent levels of service and standards they have become accustomed to will remain.

“In fact, this is all about enhancing the service provided by each business as we are giving them the identity, resource and support they need to grow further.”
